'Why you do me like this?': Drake roasts his Dad's ink of him, the tattoo artist hit back

"Hold on, we're not going home"

Drake has roasted his dad, pretty much out of nowhere, for a tattoo his pops got, which is meant to look like the Canadian rapper

Dennis Graham, Drake’s dad, got a portrait of his son tattooed back in 2017, and it wasn’t the best, but it’s the thought that counts right?

Drake posted a photo of the tattoo on his Instagram with the caption: “@therealdennisg I was just sitting here thinking why you do me like this family 😂😂😂”

Sheesh, yea that’s not Drake… that’s Blake.

Comments were joining in on the roast session.

Someone said Drake is hitting the iconic “Zoolander” blue steel pose.

Another got a joke off, saying “Hold on, we’re not going home”.

Dennis himself commented on the post understanding that it’s not the best portrait of his son and saying that he’s gone to a lot more tattoo artists to fix it up .

“Hahaha I had 16 people to try and straighten this out, they’re hurting me 🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️😂😂😂😂😂❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️”

The tattoo artist, Money Mike, was not happy with what Drake said, making an Instagram post about the tat with the hashtags #ungratefulpieceofshit and #bitchassdrake. He’s kind of got a point since TMZ reports that Mike did the tattoo for free, despite not even being a fan of Drizzy.

He also claims that there’s a reason the ink is far from perfect. He told TMZ that around the four-hour mark of the tattoo session, Dennis couldn’t handle the pain and asked Mike to rush the rest of it.

He’s also kind of pissed off that Dennis got other tattoo artists to cover it up, which apparently breaks an unwritten rule in the tattoo game.

Since 2017, as Dennis said, he has gotten the tat touched up a bit. Another tattoo artist, Inal Bersekov, posted the new look tattoo back in 2018 and it is definitely better.
