The Voice judges are mindblown by talent of Kiwi teen

17 year old Hoseah Partsch has blown away all four judges of The Voice Australia with his cover of Ariana Grande's 'Almost is Never Enough'.

The Kiwi teen impressed the judges, who are all musical heavyweights of their own, and blew them away even more once they discovered his upbringing.

Speaking to 9Honey Hoseah said, "I was born in Auckland, New Zealand. I moved to Australia at the end of 2011. Since then me and my family have been through a lot together. There’s been ups and downs for me and my family – money-wise, food on the table. But myself and my family are very happy, we get to see each other every day and it’s just a blessing to see smiles on their faces, even though we struggle."

The 17-year-old grew up sharing one bedroom with his whole family, and had nothing on the table at times, but his optimistic attitude and infectious performance have already captured the heart of the Australia.

Kelly was super emotional about his cover, telling him “You’re the reason I sing”, while Boy George compared his singing to that of Stevie Wonder and said it was “something very personal, like being in a church.”
