Actress and mother-of-one Teuila Blakely, 41, has taken to Facebook to post an expletive-ridden video she filmed last night in defence of a selfie photo she had earlier posted of herself with rugby league star Konrad Hurrell, 23.
The pair were caught in a sex tape scandal in 2014, in which an intimate video of the former Shortland St actress and the Warriors centre was leaked on social media.
At the time, the actress, who has a 24-year-old son Jared, spoke of the pain and humiliation the scandal had caused her and her family, and the loss in sponsorship endorsements.
Blakely posted a selfie photo with Hurrell, who she had bumped into at the airport on a flight to Sydney.
That image prompted a flurry of negative remarks towards the pair, which saw Teuila respond forcefully.
In a selfie video filmed on a bed, which looks to be in her hotel room, Teuila snapped back in an expletive–ridden rant shutting down her haters.
“So, I’m in Sydney and I’ve had some pretty full on days since I’ve gotten here, and, ah, on my way over it was really nice because I ran into my friend Konrad and I hadn’t seen him for months, so it was actually really cool,” she started.
“And I just posted a photo of such because he’s my friend and if I ran into anyone I would do that, and then everyone lost their damn motherf***ing minds!
“And basically, you know, it’s not even like bullying or f***ing trolling, it’s goddamn persecution and I don’t know what that is, cos, or whatever, whatever!
“Anyway, I’m just here relaxing and letting you know and I’m still approximately giving, um, zero amount of f***s! C***s!”
Blakely’s response to the haters has had 2,500 views so far, and is sure to generate plenty of conversation.
