UPDATE: A family friend of a five-year-old girl who was reported kidnapped says she has been found safe.
Shekinah Relies-Skipper was walking to school with her older sister when she was pulled into a car by an older man.
The man reportedly hasn't been found, nor his car.

BREAKING NEWS - Police have now located the five year old girl safe and well at an unrelated address in Palmerston North.
