Watch the All Blacks vs Springboks Rugby World Cup final for free on Eden Park's big screen

At 31x11-metres, it's a BIG screen.

When the ABs hit the field this Sunday to take on South Africa in the Rugby World Cup final, Eden Park is gonna be packed with fans for their free ‘Paris at the Park’ event.

Eden Park officially announced the free event earlier this week and has invited anyone who’s keen to get amongst it to snag themselves a free ticket through Ticketmaster. While it is a free event, donations are also able to be made to the Graeme Dingle Foundation, the official charity of New Zealand Rugby.

Those who grab a ticket can rock up to Eden Park through gates A and H from 7am, with the game kicking off at 8am. You can sit in the stands, or, bring a blanket or beanbag so you can park up on the turf.

BBQ breakfast burgers, crêpes and French pastries will be available to purchase as well as a bar with a selection of beverages including barista coffee and smoothies (beers will still be available to purchase, too.)

And of course, the game will be broadcast on the 31x11-metre superscreen for fans to enjoy in all its glory.

We’re so on board with this idea! If you’re keen to snag a ticket, grab one now.

Not in Auckland? Not to worry. We’ve jotted down a list of some of the best places in other parts of NZ to watch the final this weekend.

WELLINGTON:

The Old Bailey:

The Old Bailey on Lambton Quay has played nearly every RWC game, complimented by a full breakfast menu and the bar is running.

The Tote:

Upper Hutt AB fans can head to The Tote on Ararino Street to catch the final and grab something from the brekkie menu and bar.

Four Kings:

The Four Kings on Tarankia Street is also streaming the final.  Like everyone else on this list so far, there’s full bar service and a breakfast menu.

The Realm:

Hataitai’s The Realm, located on Moxhman Avenue, is also playing the final, with, you guess it… a brekkie menu and a bar!

CHRISTCHURCH:

Carlton Bar & Steakhouse:

The Carlton Bar on Papanui Road plays about every sport involving a winner and a loser, and that includes rugby.

Dux Central:

The Dux on Poplar Street in the CBD is running an All Black Fan Zone during the World Cup. Every NZ match has been streamed with food and drink specials on offer.

Monza Sports Bar:

Monza Sports Bar, located above the Christchurch Casino is streaming the final. For some of the previous games, they've offered a $15 breakfast buffet. How good.

Muy Muy:

Muy Muy, a craft beer and margarita bar on Welles Street, is hosting a champagne breakfast for the final. Rock up from 7.30am, and for $55 per person, you'll get a 'decadent glass of Piper Heidsieck champagne' and an 'all-star breakfast platter.'

DUNEDIN:

The Baaa:

Located on Great King Street in North Dunedin, The Baaa is set to stream the final.

TAURANGA:

Cornerstone Bar & Eatery:

Head to the Cornerstone on The Strand to watch World Cup action and grab a brekkie, coffee and even a beer if you’re feeling frisky.

QUEENSTOWN:

Pig & Whistle:

Down south in the QT, head to the Pig & Whistle (great name) to watch some World Cup rugby. Located on Ballarat Street, the bar will be flowing and there’ll also be a feed available.

Up the ABs!
