UK YouTube sensations Niko Omilana and Aj Shabeel have made their way to New Zealand while on a trip down under, and it’s safe to say they’ve felt the love from us Kiwis.
The two members of Beta Squad arrived on our shores on Wednesday, and before they could let fans know their whereabouts, Niko and Aj were greeted at Auckland Airport.
Some fans took to TikTok during their search for the YouTubers, and much to their surprise, it was a successful mission that led to the group spending the day together.
The Kiwi fans took the lads to get a classic meat pie, before making their way to Western Springs’ Seddon Fields and inviting any fans that wanted to show up.
And show up we did!
Anyone who knows us NZers knows, we go hard for those we support, and it’s safe to say Beta Squad were no exception. A sea of young fans made their way down to the fields for their chance to meet and have a kick-around with the stars.
While in the city of sails, Niko and Aj appeared to have had the full experience, including jumping off the SkyTower - listen to that screech!
The lads have most recently been spotted dipping their toes in at the black sand beaches in Auckland, rocking some iconic ‘New Zealand’ brim hats.
Taking to his Instagram Story, Niko said: “I absolutely love it here,” while chucking in a few shoutouts to the “Usos” and attempting to say “Kia Ora”, as he now considers himself a “local”.
We’re stoked the lads loved it here, and hope that they will be back ASAP!
