Not all heroes wear capes, a lot of the time they're wearing hi-vis, as was the case at Manukau Westfield over the weekend.
In a video sent through to us by an anonymous Westfield employee, security footage shows a heroic delivery man putting a nice hit on a fleeing shoplifter before police swarm the offender.
The unnamed delivery man can be seen hearing a commotion behind him before turning around, sizing up the shoplifter, bracing himself for impact, and following through with technique SBW would be proud of.
