An 80-metre Kelly Brazier wonder try in extra time has seen the Black Ferns Sevens create history and defeat Aussie 17-12 in a colossal Commonwealth Games women's rugby sevens decider.

Finishing regular time at 12-12, both sides had extra-time opportunities but failed to take advantage until Brazier collected the ball near her own 22-metre line, jinked past her defender and sprinted all the way home.

NZ Men's Sevens join the girls in winning gold on the Gold Coast.

The team shutout Fiji 14-0 in the gold medal match in scorching conditions at Robina Stadium on the GC!
