It was 7am, which meant it was time for 'Step back at seven' where the Mai Morning Crew pick a track for the past and the audience vote for their favourite.
Nickson was away today so Producer Ryan stepped in and choose 'Shaggy - Angel', but everything went wrong when he tried to pronounce the title.
