Kiwi comedian Johnny Danger passes away in a motorcycle crash

Popular Instagram comedian Johnny Danger has reportedly passed away after a motorcycle crash. 

Johnny posted to his Instagram story hours before the crash showing off his motorcycle as well as sharing pics of himself with fellow bikers.

Many are taking to social media to bid him farewell including Kiwi comedian Jimi Jackon who shared a touching message.

...Miss you so f*****g much already and i wish we did more together. My biggest prayers and wishes to your Mum, dad brothers and sister. And especially your boys. I’ll never forget you bro and your videos and catch phrases everything you created will live on forever...

Our hearts go out to Johnny's friends and family during this time.

Popular New Zealand Instagram comedian Johnny Danger has died after a motorcycle crash on Wednesday.

Police were called to the single bike crash near the intersection of Dairy Flat Highway and Hobson Road about 2:30pm.

A close friend of Danger, Julian Rivers-Smith, confirmed to Newshub that he had been killed in the accident.

The comedian had a large following on social media, with over 287,000 likes on Facebook and 203,000 followers in Instagram.

Motorcycles featured heavily on his social media and video has now appeared on social media of Danger one hour before his death.
