We're all on it...it's usually the first thing you open for the day, the go-to throughout the day and then right before signing off for the night we lie in the dark scrolling through social media newsfeeds to get one last update before we go to bed.
But a new study done by Ontario Student Drug Use and Health Survey in Canada suggests that the more social media you use, the more likely you're bound to getting a 'shorter sleep duration', meaning less sleep.

The study revealed that using social media just as little as one hour a day has serious affects on the amount of sleep one would get each night. The more hours spent also showed that not getting enough sleep dramatically increased.
