In very sad news, we regret to inform you the rap superstar Future has been forced to cancel the NZ leg of his tour.

The news comes after one of Future's closet mates passed away yesterday. Future posted a tribute on his social media.

In extremely sad news, we regret to advise that a very close friend of FUTURE’s has passed away, as a result he is rushing back to the USA to attend the funeral.

The Atlanta music superstar who earlier this year announced his first ever New Zealand show at Auckland’s Spark Arena this Thursday, September 28 on his The Nobody Safe Tour will unfortunately no longer be able to play this show as well as his remaining Australian ‘Listen Out’ festival tour dates.

Live Nation wish to offer Future their condolences at this difficult time and we know his fans will too.
