A shop on Cuba At in Wellington shut up shop for an hour or so after Lil Yachty and his crew decided they wanted to check the shop out, reports Stuff.co.nz.
The shop, named Emporium, is a second-hand store specialising in selling high-end brands and it's said that it caught Yachty's eye as he was walking passed.
"They walked past and he just randomly saw the store and said 'hey I wanna come in'," Emporium owner G Lewis told Stuff.
They then locked the doors behind him so that the fans following Lil Boat would not harass him while he was browsing.
"The kids just basically stood outside while he shopped around," Lewis said.
