DJ Khaled announces new album title 'Grateful'

MAJOR KEY ALERT!

DJ Khaled has announced the title of his 10th album during a press conference at the Beverly Hills Hotel.

Decked out in a flash pink suit and matching Air Jordans, he took time to explain where the name comes from and why he went with it.

“The title is Grateful,” said Khaled, who had his wife and son Asahd by his side. “This title means so much to me. Especially coming off Major Key and seeing that love…The message here today is love. Love is the key and love is the answer.”

Khaled’s was joined by friends Busta Rhymes, Kent Jones, and Chance the Rapper, who came forward to say a few words about the hip-hop mogul.

“Today is historic,” said Chance. “That’s why you’re all here. I’m here to celebrate and stand in solidarity with a man who’s done historic things time and time again.”

Collaborations have yet to be confirmed, but Khaled has been in the studio with a number of different acts including Chance, Travis Scott, Mariah Carey, Bryson Tiller, Future, Alicia Keys, and more.

Grateful will be executive produced by Khaled’s infant son, Asahd.

Last year, Khaled released the massively popular album Major Key, which is up for a Best Rap Album at the Grammys this weekend.
