Last week A$AP Rocky hit up Auckland's Vector Arena for one sold out show.
Everything was fine and dandy until a scuffle involving the rapper broke out at Auckland's Pullman Hotel following the gig around 3am.
The story blew up and featured on international sites such as TMZ and Complex, with reports saying the altercation involved 3 local men and resulted in A$AP being punched in the head & face. Witnesses say the men were shouting "F**k A$AP!" and the scuffle was sparked when the men tried to enter the elevator A$AP was in.
Associated Press caught up with A$AP Rocky following the incident and has allowed him to share his side of the story.
A$AP Rocky labelled the incident a "fist exchange" and said "The girls were fine,They were okay. No scratches on the ladies. Everybody is fine."
"We didn't press no charges on nobody. They didn't press any charges on us. Everybody good. I don't understand why people are making a big deal out of it,"
A$AP also took to Twitter to let his fans know he's doing well!
