Eminem set to drop a compilation album of all his best hits from ‘05 onwards

The album will contain his best tunes in the seven albums he's released sine 2005.

The 'rap god' Eminem has just announced a treat for all his fans - an album of all his greatest hits from 2005 onwards.

2005 was when Em released his first compilation album ‘The Curtain Call’, so the upcoming album will be appropritely named ‘The Curtain Call 2’.

According to a press release, the album “will include music from all Eminem projects from Relapse forward, including side-projects, guest appearances, film soundtrack songs, and of course selections from his solo albums.”

The album will also contain a yet-to-be-released song, as well as the recently released ‘From the D 2 the LBC’ ft Snoop Dogg

The first ‘Curtain Call’ compilation consists of tracks from Eminem’s first four albums: ‘The Slim Shady LP’, ‘The Marshall Mathers LP’, ‘The Eminem Show’, and ‘Encore’.

These four albums contain some of Eminem’s biggest tunes that took the world by storm and made him the best-selling rap artist of all time. Tracks like ‘My Name Is’, ‘Stan’, ‘Lose Yourself’, ‘The Real Slim Shady’ - honestly, every track slaps - hence the ‘Greatest Hits’.

‘The Curtain Call 2’ won’t contain tracks that reached the heights of the ones above, but it should still be a pretty tight list as Em has released seven albums since ‘05.

Tracks like ‘Rap God’, ‘Not Afraid’, ‘Love The Way You Lie’, and ‘The Monster’, are all some of our favourite tracks the Detroit-born rapper has released in that time frame.

The compilation album is set to release on the 5th of August, and we are HYPED.
