Viewers are praising Kanye West's new Netflix documentary 'Jeen Yuhs' which shows early footage of Kanye attempting to make his break in the music industry.

The documentary series, which has been 20 years in the making, is titled a 'trilogy' featuring three different acts. Act one, which premiered on Netflix on February 16th, is titled 'Vision'.

You can watch the trailer for the series below.

The first act is already receiving praise for how inspiring it is to see the rapper as he attempts to get himself signed and even strolls around the Roc-A-Fella Records HQ to find someone that will play his music.

Kanye, who has officially changed his name to Ye, has been in the spotlight this week due to publicly attempting to reconcile with his ex-wife Kim Kardashian online.

The series features footage of Kanye with his late mother Donda, who he titled his tenth studio album after. Fans are saying that seeing Kanye with his late mother has brought them to tears.

One fan shared "That was his biggest cheerleader yet spoke truth to him without diminishing his confidence. I can't imagine losing the one person that is rooting for you without cruel intentions. He never received this type of love again. This explains so much of him now."

You can watch the first act 'Vision' on Netflix now and the next act 'Purpose' lands on Netflix on 23rd February.
