Kodak Black flushes $100 bills down the toilet & has deleted his instagram account

Kodak Black threw $100 bills into the ocean and down the toilet in a now-deleted Instagram post, then deactivated his account.

Black, real name Bill Kahan Kapri, was filmed disposing of the cash by throwing the notes off the side of a boat and stuffing them down a toilet until it became clogged.

The bizarre clip, which was posted on Wednesday (30Jun21), prompted the Last Day In rapper to deactivate his account after fans called him out for the crazy stunt, with one Twitter using noting that the money, estimated to be as much as $100,000 (£73,000), "coulda gone to better use almost anywhere else."

Another devotee tweeted, "Hes from one of the poorest places in Florida and yet he rather impress people for views instead of giving that money to black poverty stricken families. This could be one of the saddest and out of touch videos I've ever seen (sic)."

It's not the first, or even the second time the rapper has deleted his Instagram account. He previously deleted his account in 2017 after criticising black female celebrities, including Keke Palmer.

This stunt follows an April (21) court appearance when he pleaded guilty to first degree assault and battery for an incident from 2016. As part of the deal, Kodak received a 10-year suspended sentence and will be on probation for 18 months. He's currently prohibited from using alcohol or drugs and possessing any guns.

Also in April, Kapri was the subject of a shooting incident in Florida when someone opened fire from a car that was tailing him and his entourage, leaving one of his security guards with a gunshot wound to the leg.

The rap star was previously serving a 46-month sentence for falsifying documents to obtain a firearm, but was released in January (21) after then-President Donald Trump officially pardoned him.
