The All Blacks and Fiji will be facing off in the 2021 Steinlager Series this July. This will be the first time since 2011 that the All Blacks will be facing off against the Flying Fijians.
The series will be kicked off with the All Blacks facing off against Tonga as well as the Maori All Blacks facing Manu Samoa in a double-header. The All Blacks will be competing against Fiji at Dunedin’s Forsyth Barr Stadium. The finale of the series will be action packed with Tonga facing Samoa followed by the All Blacks versus Fiji in Hamilton.
CEO of New Zealand Rugby, Mark Robinson said,
“We’re absolutely delighted to be able to confirm what will be a fantastic series of matches featuring the All Blacks, Māori All Blacks and our Pacific neighbours, Fiji, Tonga and Samoa.”
“We know the passionate All Blacks and Māori All Blacks fans, together with the fanatical Pasifika fans, will make these game days very special occasions.”
The Rugby Championship and an additional Bledisloe Cup Test will also be announced soon. Eden Park and Wellington’s SKY Stadium have been named to host some of the games.
