White Chicks 2 is in the works according to Terry Crews!
While appearing on Sunday’s episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, Crews confirmed that he spoke with Shawn Wayans, who wrote, produced, and starred in the film alongside his brother Marlon Wayans:
You know what, I actually got with Shawn, and he was like ‘man we doing it, we getting it going’
The first film debuted 15 years ago, becoming a cult classic in the process and rackking up $113 million at the box office. The film featured an iconic scene where Crews performed Vanessa Carlton's white girl anthem "A Thousand Miles," and Crews believes the sequel will also feature a similar, updated version.
“I think the modern day equivalent to that might be Carly Rae Jepsen ‘Call Me Maybe.’”
