Sometimes in life you come across a combination that just 'clicks.' Peanut butter and jam, Conrad Smith and Ma'a Nonu, pork bones and puha, the list goes on... And now we have just come across another great combo, everybodies favourite Hollywood usos, Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson and Jason Momoa.
The former WWE superstar took to IG to make the announcement, saying both he and Aquaman were wanting to feature in the upcoming Hobbs and Shaw spinoff flick. Unfortunately for fans, scheduling conflicts have meant that we won't be seeing the two heroes together until future installments of the Fast franchise.
“Me and Momoa tried hard to get him in this movie to play my brother but his schedule was too packed.”
He basically makes it sound like it’s all but a done deal as he continues, “next Hobbs movie for sure.”
The Rock reprises his role as Luke Hobbs in the upcoming spin-off alongside Jason Statham (Deckard Shaw), Vanessa Kirby (Hattie Shaw), and Idris Elba (Brixton).
