The second Titanic is set to sail the same path as the original did

Headlines 26/10/2018

A new Titanic has been built, named Titanic II, and is set to embark on the exact same path that the original Titanic sunk on back in April 1912. Who on earth thought this would be a good idea...

The new boat will carry 2,400 passengers and 900 crew members, which is about the same as the original held. One huge difference with the boat though is the new boat will be equipped with enough lifejackets and lifeboats in case of emergency. Yeah, that sounds like a good idea to us.

The ship's cabins will be laid out in the same way as the original, and it will sail from Dubai to Southampton in the UK, and then on to New York.

It's being built in China at the moment instead of the original shipyard in Belfast, Northern Ireland.

After the first sail, the Titanic II will continue to sail to other destinations around the world. Obviously hoping it makes it that far.

We'll still give this one a hard pass though. Seems like tempting fate waaaay too much for our liking.
