The Cardi B and Nicki Minaj feud exploded into public knowledge over the weekend, after Cardi attacked Nicki during a New York Fashion Week event.
Cardi B took to Instagram shortly after to voice her frustrations and call out Minaj for a range of things.
Nicki has kept her silence since the altercation, waiting until her latest episode of Queen Radio to tell fans her side of the story.
Surprise-surprise, she's not happy.
She began by playing a recording of a Cardi interview where she says "nothing is off limits" when it comes to feuds and beef, not even their kids. Check it out below:
Nicki then gave her complete thoughts on the matter:
“The other night I had to go through something so mortifying,” she said, going on to call the whole shoe-throwing altercation with Cardi as a "disgusting commotion."
"The way [these upper echelon people] passed by looking at this disgusting commotion, I was mortified ... How we (and I’m going to use WE loosely) made ourselves look was mortifying.”
“I would never talk about anyone’s child or anyone’s parenting,” she continued. “And it’s so crazy to me that people always need to make Onika the bad guy...I am not a clown. That’s clown s**t.”
Nicki also claimed that Cardi's accusation that she talked negatively about Kulture, Cardi's parenting, or is stopping her bags is completely false.
“You knew that when that footage came out you would look dumb... I didn’t even feel the need to defend myself that night. ...She has built her career off of sympathy and payola."
Shortly after, Nicki bizzarely brought on a woman who claimed Cardi B "called her dead child a monkey on Instagram."
The verbal beat down continued as Nicki also referenced the two women who are apparently looking to sue Cardi for 'allegedly' ordering physical attacks on them. Nicki then finished by
"The lord gave you a blessing with a bundle of joy and the only thing on your mind was to attack people and to stop their bags," Nicki said, after suggesting Cardi might have postpartum depression. "Who are you angry at sweetheart?"
We're just gonna come out and say it right now, just drop a diss track. How good would a Nicki vs. Cardi diss track war be?
