Eminem's "Killshot" ties him for third most top 10 hits among rappers

Headlines 25/09/2018

Fans have been wanting a return to form from Eminem for years, and they got it with his polarizing no.1 album Kamikaze. The album has been generally well-received, but it's the controversy that followed it's release that is perhaps most memorable.

"Killshot" is Em's response to MGK's diss "Rap Devil," and the brutal diss track was recently uploaded to streaming services to maximize its reach. It looks as though the fan demand was there since, as expected, it was given a high debut on the Billboard Hot 100.

The track has made it's official chart debut at no. 3 on the Billboard Hot 100, eclipsing "Rap Devil's" efforts at no. 13. Em has now reached new territory, officially tying Lil Wayne as the two rappers with the third highest number of top 10 entries to the Hot 100. Both stars now have 20 records each that have charted in the top 10.
