Beyonce and Jay-Z are currently tearing up the US with their 'On The Run II' tour, and last nights show in Detroit featured a very special dedication to soulstress 'Aretha Franklin.'
The 'Queen of Soul' is currently in hospice care at her home after falling 'gravely ill' in the last couple days, and tributes have been flowing in from fans and celebrities alike the world-over.
After the first song at last night's 'On the Run II' show, Beyonce took a moment to share a short message to one of ther idols:
This show is dedicated to Aretha Franklin. We love you, and thank you.
DJ Khaled also featured in the show, and he made sure to pay homage by getting the whole crowd to sing Franklin's iconic 1967 smash hit 'Respect.'
