What's Fresh 17/02/2017

After news broke that former All Black and New Zealand's best first five ever was involved in a drink-driving incident, the country was shocked.

Now Dan himself has come out and apologised for the whole situation on Facebook saying he made a "massive error of judgement" and that he is sorry to all the people he has let down.

The Racing 92 star was almost twice the legal limit when stopped for speeding near the Champs-Elysees on Wednesday night (local time), testing 0.98g/litre of blood. The legal limit is 0.5g/litre.

He will now have to go through the legal system, which could lead to a fine up to €4500 (NZ$6647) and he could lose his licence.
