10,000 free throws in 40 hours? Psssssh, TOO EASY! Dani & Fame from the Mai Home Run are getting amongst this year's 40 Hour Famine with not 10,000...but now 25,000 free throws in 40 hours! 

Clearly the duo have been practicing their aim over the weekend because at only 6 hours into the challenge, they almost reached their original goal of 10,000!

Dani & Fame from the Mai Home Run are getting amongst this year's 40 Hour Famine and their goal is to score 25,000 basketball free throws in 40 hours.

The duo will be kicking off the challenge at the University of Auckland through out the day on Thursday 7th June and then finishing off the task in Christchurch on the Friday 8th of June.

You can come down to either of these venues and help shoot baskets to go towards the overall total! We'll have spot prizes to giveaway across each day plus there be plenty of food and water for people who participate.
