Jersey Shore's The Situation sues over club fees

U.S. reality TV star MIKE SORRENTINO has filed suit against a promotions company over allegations he is owed money after a nightclub deal went sour.

The Jersey Shore star - known as The Situation - claims he inked an agreement last year (11) to make three appearances at Las Vegas hotspots Chateau and Gallery for $30,000 (USD) a time.

In the lawsuit, filed in Miami, Florida and obtained by TMZ.com, Sorrentino alleges the promoters promised to pay him in full even if the clubs decided not to call him in. He was only asked to make one appearance is now demanding $60,000 (USD) in allegedly unpaid fees.
