Crunchy Black's shooting considered attempted murder
Las Vegas police are investigating the shooting of former Three 6 Mafia rapper Crunchy Black as an attempted murder case.
The hip-hop star, real name Darnell Carlton, was hit in the face and the leg in Sin City in the early hours of Sundayand he was taken to a local hospital, where he is currently recovering from the incident.
Cops believe Carlton was the target of a botched murder, although they have yet to name any suspects or find a possible motive, according to TMZ.com.
The star was a founding member of the Oscar-winning group but he left the band in 2006 to launch a solo career.
